About the Event
The word chakra in Sanskrit means "wheel." Traditionally there are 7 energy "wheels" located along the spine of the body. Â This Chakra workshop, led by Courtney Gendron, will introduce the chakra system and its connection to yoga and wellness, as well as prepare you for your own self exploration journey through the chakra system!
